Online Classes

All online classes for only £10 per week in my VIP Private Facebook Group (total value £21 per week!), also on Zoom so you can catch up on the classes whenever it suits you if you miss the live classes!

You can choose to do as many classes as you want with VIP as they are all inclusive for only £10 per week, or pay as you go and pay individually per class.

Mix Up Monday

9.30-10am £3

Varies weekly from Old School Aerobics, Standing Legs & Bums, Liit (Low intensity interval training) and Upper/Lower Body with weights. A time efficient 30 minute class.

Fitness Pilates

Monday Evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm £6

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the fundamental Pilates and techniques and exercises to:

  • Increase muscular balance and strength
  • Improve posture
  • Improve core and back strength
  • Identify basic postural imbalances

Fitness Pilates will strengthen and tone weak muscles and improve flexibility by lengthening tight muscles. A 60 minute class using various props, from Pilates Balls, Therabands, Spiky Balls.

Absolute Abs

Wednesday Mornings 9.15am-9.45am £3

A 30 minute session focusing on the abs and core section, combining standing and floor exercises (sometimes with weights).

Body Conditioning

Thursday Mornings 9.15am-9.45am £3

This class has a different focus each week from:

  • Cardio Strength (a mix of hi intensity and weights)
  • Hiit (Hi intensity short bursts of cardio exercise to increase your heart rate with timed rest intervals)
  • Body Tone – Exercises focusing on toning specific areas.
  • Cardio Conditioning – A mixture of cardio interval training combined with weights to tone and condition the body.

Pilates, Stretch & Relax

Friday Mornings 9.30am-10.30am £6

60 minutes of gentle Pilates, Stretch & Relaxation. A lovely way to unwind, de-stress and relax after a busy week, preparing you for the weekend.

Face to Face Classes

St. Faiths Church Lee on the Solent

Tuesday 7.15pm-8.15pm Fitness Pilates

Strengthen and tone weak muscles and improve flexibility by lengthening tight muscles. A 60 minute class using various props, from pilates balls to therabands.

Friday 9.30-10.30am Pilates, Stretch & Relax

60 minutes of gentle pilates, stretch & relaxation. A lovely way to unwind, de-stress and relax after a busy week, preparing you for the weekend.

Both face to face classes are payable in 4 weekly blocks to secure your space.
